YMCA Early Learning Centre – Holt

This traditional timber frame building with brick veneer was designed with clear lines and open spaces which makes the flow between inside and outside seamless. The childcare space is on a single level with generous learning areas, sleeping rooms, and an open kitchen. With quality finishes and a friendly ambience, this project also has green credentials. An onsite water recovery system collects rainwater to recycle through the centre and gardens. Soft landscaping, imaginative play areas and a vegetable patch complement this facility.
